Welcome to Quick Inbox ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how our application handles information when you use our temporary email service. Our goal is to provide a simple privacy-focused inbox experience while remaining transparent about how data is processed.
Quick Inbox does not require account registration or personal identity information such as your name, phone number, or login credentials.
2. Data Collection & Usage (Data Safety)
Quick Inbox itself does not create user accounts or request personal identity information. Temporary email content may be processed transiently through email infrastructure in order to deliver messages to your device.
To support a free experience, we partner with third-party providers such as Google AdMob, which may collect limited technical data. For Google Play Data Safety purposes, the following data types may be processed:
- Device & other IDs: Advertising ID and device identifiers.
- App Info and Performance: Crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data.
- App Activity: App interactions and ad views.
This data is used for: Advertising and Analytics.
3. Data Storage & Retention
Local Data: Generated inbox addresses and cached messages may be stored locally on your device. This data is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear app storage.
Temporary Email Processing: Email messages are processed temporarily through email delivery infrastructure before being displayed in the app. Messages are designed for short-term use and may expire automatically.
Quick Inbox is a receive-only inbox tool — sending emails is not supported.
4. Third-Party Services & Advertising
We use trusted third-party services that may collect limited device information as described above.
- Google AdMob: Uses advertising identifiers to display personalized or non-personalized ads.Google Privacy Policy.
- Firebase / Google Analytics: May be used to monitor app stability, diagnostics, and crash reports.
5. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Opt-Out: You can disable personalized advertising in Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID).
- Deletion: You can remove all local app data by uninstalling the app or clearing storage in Android settings.
- CCPA Notice: We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. Some ad network processing may be interpreted as data sharing under certain laws.
6. Permissions
- Internet Access: Required for inbox functionality and advertisements.
- Network State: Helps manage connectivity and performance.
7. Children's Privacy
This app is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identity information from children.

Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of changes.
